About Caitlin
Ex-Software, now Product Manager @ Humanforce
Since entering the tech world in 2018, Caitlin has gained experience (NOT mastery) in more programming languages than you can shake a USB stick at.
During her tenures as a Software Engineer at FinTech and HRTech companies, she has worked with Angular, React, TypeScript, NodeJS, PHP, Laravel, Python, AWS, Git, microservices, monoliths, monkeys… (okay, not that last one). All this to say, she is appropriately sympathetic towards those new to the craziness that is dev life.
While she still adores code, she recently transitioned into an exciting Product Manager role. Now, her daily grind is spent guiding agile teams towards feature implementations that yield extraordinary customer results.
Beyond work, Caitlin is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in tech, with several past mentoring gigs under her belt. She believes that more variety of perspectives leads to better teams and better products—which help create a better world, right?
